RAIMBOW MOUNTAIN - ONE DAY TOUR

We will start at 4 am. in the morning and after 1 hour and 30 minutes in our transport we will arrive at a restaurant for breakfast, then we will continue again in our transport until we reach the starting point of the hike, Llacto (4,800 m.a.s.l. / 15,748 ft.).
In this place we will have time to organize our backpack and the clothes we will wear for the walk, it is very important to bring warm clothes because the weather is very changeable and it is very necessary to bring extra clothing. Once ready we will begin the adventure and start walking, the first hour the path is of small climbs. While ascending you will be able to admire the beauty of the Andes with its large mountains and snowy peaks that surround this valley. You will be able to see local people with their traditional clothing and especially llamas and alpacas that are part of this magical place, do not be afraid and take as many photos as you want with these friendly camelids that are adorned with multicolored costumes so that visitors can take photos with them. .
The last 45 minutes we will have to climb the mountain, this is the most difficult part but the most rewarding because we will reach the viewpoint and we will be able to admire the famous Rainbow Mountain (5,100 m.a.s.l. / 16,732 feet). You will be able to see the majestic Ausangate glacier in the distance, protector of the Andes.
